About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an FX Sales Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Changi Airport East Region and play a key part in delivering exceptional foreign exchange services to our customers. You will be at the forefront of our foreign exchange operations, engaging directly with a diverse clientele and contributing to the growth and success of our FX division. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service expertise, and a solid understanding of foreign exchange markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an FX Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Expert Foreign Exchange Advice: Offer insightful and tailored foreign exchange advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their currency needs.
• Executing FX Transactions: Efficiently and accurately execute foreign exchange transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction is positive and that their foreign exchange needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identifying Cross-sell and Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional Prosegur services and products, thereby enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth.
• Maintaining Detailed Records: Keep meticulous and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Contributing to Service Improvement: Actively participate in discussions and initiatives aimed at continuously improving our FX services and the overall customer experience.
• Ensuring Compliance: Adhere strictly to all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing foreign exchange operations and customer data.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry or a related field such as a money changer. Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels is essential.
• Skills:
• Strong Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, present solutions effectively, and close deals.
• Excellent Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, building rapport, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Numerical and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities with the capacity to understand and explain complex foreign exchange concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
• Education: While not strictly required, a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field would be advantageous.
